Full Charge Bookkeeping
PAC will enter and pay all bills, record invoices, payments and deposits, prepare accounts payable, reconcile bank statements, credit card statements, tie out loans, make adjustments and any other bookkeeping needs.  We also prepare payroll checks, as well as quarterly and annual payroll reports such as 941 forms, W-2 forms, and 1099 forms.  Services are provided on a weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, or in-house basis.

After the Fact Accounting
Your company pays all bills and handles their invoices, but has no formal accounting system.
PAC records all activity, ties out loans, reconciles statements, makes adjustments and prepares management reports for the company.  With this service, the owner is free to handle everything themselves on paper and doesn't have to worry about getting everything ready at tax time.  Also, with the reports, the owner will be able to see how things are going throughout the year, and we can provide tax planning support.

Monthly Accounting Support
Your company has a bookkeeper, and uses QuickBooks, but would like to have it reviewed on a monthly basis.
Once a month, PAC will reconcile statements (if not done), review postings, make adjustments and prepare management reports.  With this service, we can advise owners of any errors we see in the bookkeeping and offer tax planning help.
